1. Do you take insurance?

At Sound Solutions Therapy, we offer superbills for our services. A superbill serves as a detailed invoice of the services provided during a therapy session that enables clients to seek reimbursement from their insurance providers. Superbills will be provided to the client monthly. The client is responsible for submitting the superbill to their insurance provider for reimbursement. The insurance provider reviews the superbill and accompanying documentation, to determine eligibility for reimbursement. The amount and timing of reimbursement may vary depending on the patient's insurance plan and coverage.

Clients are required to pay the full amount  at the time of the therapy session. Any portion of the cost not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the patient. The superbill serves as documentation for these financial transactions, and the patient may use it for tax or record-keeping purposes.

2. How long are session?

Sessions range in length from 30- 45 minutes depending on the needs of the child and family.

3. Where do sessions take place?

All sessions currently take place from the convince of your home or a community setting!

4. Does my child need an evaluation?

Before beginning services, we will conduct a comprehensive speech evaluation to best determine your child's areas of need and help create an individualized treatment plan if services are warranted.
